Our Review Methodology

Our editorial team and independent testers – trusted and followed by thousands of readers – review multiple online casinos each week using real money. Like “mystery shoppers,” they go through the full player journey: from registration and gameplay to withdrawals. The resulting reviews are honest, player-focused, and based on real experiences. In addition, we take into account the legal framework, operator reliability, and overall reputation within the Canadian and international online gaming community.

JResponsible Gaming

Gambling should always remain a form of entertainment – never a way to make a living or solve personal financial issues. Play responsibly: set limits, stick to your budget, and never chase losses.
In Canada, free and confidential help is available 24/7:

These services provide listening, guidance, and professional support to prevent and address gambling-related problems.

18+

The online casinos featured on blablablastudios.com are intended exclusively for players aged 18 and over (or the legal gambling age in your province/territory). In Canada, gambling regulations vary by province, with most jurisdictions setting the minimum legal age at 19, except for Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, where it is 18. If you access this site from another country, please make sure to respect the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.

Payz in Canada is an e-wallet to which I moved after Skrill fatigue. It felt simpler and more steady, at least on day one. But, you know that Canada is not one rulebook, right? Payment features can vary by location, and Payz casinos can route withdrawals differently.

One more thing, and I’m picky here. A Payz logo does not guarantee Payz cashouts.

Top Payz Casinos 2026

Top Payz casinos, for me, means one thing. Payz must work for withdrawals, not just deposits.

I’m sceptical by default. Casinos accept Payz love showing an e-wallet badge, then pushing your payout to bank transfer “for compliance”.

So my 2026 pick-list of casinos that accept Payz transactions is based on what I can confirm in the cashier. I look for Payz in the withdrawal menu, clear KYC rules, and realistic processing times, often 1-2 business days at the Payz side, while the casino part can still be “a few days”.

But please, double-check T&Cs by yourself before a big deposit. A site can behave for months, then change payout routing quietly without any warnings.

About Payz Casino

Payz is an e-wallet, which used to be ecoPayz, that rebranded in 2023. It is owned by PSI-Pay Ltd. They say they are regulated by the UK FCA as an Authorised Electronic Money Institution (FRN 900011).

Also, Payz is not a bank. Funds are “safeguarded”. They are not covered by FSCS. Payz is like a buffer part for my banking security: it keeps my bank card away from the casino long hands and reduces card exposure.

Payz hold Canadian dollars and supports many other currencies, so if the casino runs in USD or EUR, be ready for conversion fees when depositing in CAD. This e-wallet works for both deposits and withdrawals, but, as usual, it depends on the casino operator, so, as I say every time in every of my guides: check before deposit.

Now the boring truth, that not all players like: you still have to do KYC. Provide your ID, maybe banking info, but the most important thing is that your name and your address on all docs MUST match. If they don’t, cashouts will stall 100% – that’s the rule without exceptions. If you’ve got regular KYC docs ready, any processes will be pretty quick.

Pros and cons of using Payz at online casinos in Canada

Payz is handy when you want an e-wallet buffer. I use it to keep my bank card out of Payz casino cashiers. It saves hassle, sometimes.

Pros:

  • Easy e-wallet online payments. Deposits are instant, withdrawals are quick too, but casino approvals can slow down the whole process.
  • Wide casino coverage in Canada, and I really see it on many casino banking pages.
  • Security with advanced encryption, 256-bit SSL and PCI/DSS compliance. But I also still use 2FA.
  • Multi-currency support with 48 currencies (if you play on non-CAD sites).
  • Basic transfers can be fee-free. “Basic” is the key word. I always read what they call basic.

Cons:

  • Card funding has a cost of 3.5% for credit card funding. That’s not “low”.
  • Inactivity fees are a trap. After 12 months, it can be $1.50/month.
  • Not every casino takes Payz. Some casinos list it today and then delete it, so old screenshots of banking options won’t help – check one more time before deposit.
  • FX fees can sting 2.99% conversion. If you bounce currencies, it adds up fast.
  • Features vary by location. That includes Canada. Provinces and operators can change regulations (and do it regularly).

How to make a deposit and withdrawal at Payz online casinos

Deposits with Payz are simple. I pick Payz as a payment method in the cashier, type the amount, confirm, done.

The deposit is usually instant, once your Payz wallet already has funds. If you fund Payz by bank transfer, that part can take 1-4 business days. So yeah, “seconds” depends on prep.

Withdrawals are the part I don’t romanticize. Not all gambling sites use Payz for withdrawals, but if they do, the Payz casino firstly has to approve your winnings. Withdrawals typically take 1-2 business days to process, but some casinos stretch it to one or even a few days, because of bonus checks or especially if you haven’t already completed KYC.

After funds hit Payz, I can keep them there, or move them out. Fees may apply, depending on method and location. I stay sceptical, always.

Limits, fees, risks and terms&conditions in Payz online casino sites

Payz has its own rules. Canadian online casinos that accept Payz have their own rules. I call it a double gate.

  • Casino deposit/withdrawal limits vary by casino, but usually it is C$10 min deposit and C$100 min for withdrawals. But it changes fast + Payz for deposits does not mean Payz for withdrawals, and some casinos reroute withdrawals to another method.
  • Payz uses account levels that have their own tiers and limits. Transfer to merchant is listed from €1,000/day (Classic) up to €30,000/day (VIP).
  • Fees for credit card funding can cost 3.5%. Inactivity is C$1.50/month after 12 months. Cash service fees for gaming/lottery can be 4% (min C$0.80).
  • If the Payz casino account is not in CAD, Payz lists a 2.99% fee for Classic/Silver accounts, 1.49% for Gold/Platinum and 1.25% for VIPs.
  • Verification through KYC is normal. It’s not blocking Payz deposits, but slow down the payment process. I prepare the needed docs early.
  • Some casinos only show high-roller reloads, free spins or cashback deals if your deposit lands via Payz or its VIP tiers.

Alternatives to Payz in online casinos

If I have already deposited but can’t withdraw to Payz for any reason, here is the list of alternative options to withdraw to.

  • Interac e-Transfer is a bank-to-bank method and is widely used for casino deposits/withdrawals in Canada (availability depends on the iGaming site).
  • If you see PayPal in the banking page, it’s usually a good sign. It’s also a comfort brand for new players. But I’m doubtful here as it is not common across all casino types in Canada, and withdrawal rules can be strict.
  • I call MuchBetter a Payz’s cousin: it’s a mobile wallet as well, but a bit easier for smaller daily deposits. However, some Canadian casinos don’t use it at all or only for deposits.

If you want casino alternatives to Payz gambling sites, try Jeton casino (it has fee-free money transfers) or Mifinity casino (often better for multi-currency, but check the withdrawal times, it may disappoint you).

Obviously, Payz casino sites aren’t perfect at all, but they have become my default options whenever I want faster cashouts and privacy for my bank details (and I don’t have to dress up like a VPN ninja).
